To provide an administration support function to all merchants and resolving queries and complaints (except fleet card declines), Merchant Maintenance, Merchant onboarding & updating.
QUALIFICATIONS
Completed secondary school/high school/A levels/Matric
Previous experience within an administrative environment.
Provides an effective administrative function to merchants and resolving queries and complaints received.
Ensures that all the correct documentation is received for approval by the Team Leader
Previous experience within Fleet administration is preferred.
