Job Advert Summary
To Be responsible for solution design, configuration and customization of SAP products. Technical analysis and documentation of SAP systems. Provide expert advice on SAP functionality, change management and other advisory services. Project Management, review documents, develop new systems, test new or enhanced systems, train users for new functionality, support and maintain implemented applications reporting into this position.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in IT or Computer Science.
SAP related certification or qualification preferred.
10 years progressive experience in Information Technology.
At least 5 years’ experience in SAP Project Manager/Architecture Role.
3 years or more exposure to IT or Business Strategy.
5 years or more experience in System Development Methodologies
Primary Duties
Understand the IT need of businesses and design SAP programs to cater for such needs
Have minimum Degree in IT or Computer Science
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Project Manager or Solution Architecture of SAP
Provide Architecture for SAP solution
Experience in and the use of Solutions Manager
Adherence to change management principles
Solutions implemented conforms to user requirements
Training on new functionalities implemented
All new solutions properly tested and signed off before implementation
Ensure optimal function in solutions
Compatibility between all parts of the SAP system
Calls to be completed within the allocated timeline

SAP review the proposal of vendors and suppliers to ensure that quality inputs are delivered at the least possible cost
Developing and executing architectural strategy for design and implement SAP Solution.
Assist with data security to ensure proper Governance, Risk and Control of the SAP eco-system
Performing integration architecture
Ensure Integration between SAP and different technologies
Resolve technology integration problems related to SAP
Act as a mentor, coach, and provide training to developers by sharing solution and technical expertise.
Monitor the work of the technical team and ensure standards are adhered to in accordance with SAP’s Solution Extensions
Ensure technical integrity of projects, making sure that common technical elements are leveraged, and that work is not duplicated.
Work with and advise the QA team on the design of test plans, test cases and on automation
Evaluate all business requirements and come up with solutions that provide an integrated approach for SAP users.
Support and maintenance on the implemented SAP ERP System or Ecosystem
Support and maintenance of all other related systems reporting into this position
Design, develop, implement, support & maintain all business requirements within SAP & all other related applications reporting into this position.
Compatibility between all parts of the SAP system
Support & maintenance calls completed within the allocated timeline – No escalations
Patches/Upgrades of all systems reporting to this position
Ensure no repeat Audit Findings

Assist with business processes to align with systems (Applications requirement)

Extensive experience in SAP ecosystem (ECC6, BW, BO, Enterprise Portal, CRM, SRM, PI, BPC, ABC and GRC) and its accompanying sub-systems and underlying integration
IT business systems and procedures
Experience in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies.
