Prostaff Holdings PA / Assistant To The MD Job Description:

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience having worked as a PA or related secretarial or admin role wherein you have supported A Senior Manager with all aspects of day to day operational company functions within the company is preferred.
  • The successful candidate must have excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Must have good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Must have excellent people skills as you will be interacting with the junior and senior staff and management within the company.
  • Must be disciplined and self-motivated and able to work on their own.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the MD with all operational day to day administration functions within the company.
  • Liaising with all staff and senior management carrying out orders and co-ordinating and ensuring they are all actioned promptly.
  • Managing and ensuring that all administration, financial, sales and operations tasks are all completed on time.
  • Collating various information and presenting it to the CEO in the form of a power point presentation.
  • Collating and preparing excel spreadsheets with financial information etc.
  • Following up on instructions that the md has given the opco team in terms of driving KPIs.
  • Following up and supporting the md on all outstanding tasks.
  • Interacting and liaising with customers on behalf of the md if required to do so.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
