MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To oversee the technical team and manage, improve and optimise the technical operations within the facility. To act as the management representative for Quality Management System and Occupational Health Safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Manage the Technical Operations of Corporate Office
- Manage and support technical projects within the Corporate Office
- Manage and mitigate Technical Operations risk within the Corporate Office
- Oversee the management and maintenance of building and equipment
- Oversee and manage on-site contractors at the Corporate Office
- Ensure quality management and continuous improvement within Technical Operations
- Lead and manage the people in the Technical team
- Manage and control department budget / finances
- Sustainability and plant management
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: N6, S4, T4 with Mechanical Engineering
DESIRED EDUCATION: N6, S4, T4 with Mechanical (thermodynamics; electro engineering)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience with a minimum of 4 – 6 years’ experience within a hospitality environment with an N6, S4 or T4 qualification
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
10 years’ relevant experience with a minimum of 6 years experience HVAC, BMS/SCADA environment with a N6, S4 or T4 qualification
