Minimum requirements:

• Matric will be beneficial
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Ability to keep the team motivated will be beneficial

Daily:

• Follow-up of potential clients on a daily basis (how much is the pending status – unprocessed, those who did not respond, HOLD)
• Monitor operator performance statistics. Lead processing speed (targets), quality, etc
• Giving feedback with ways to improve the quality of sales
• Administrative communication with the courier service
• Email communication with the team within the office and with the rest of the team
• Sending reports at the end of the shift about the operator’s performance with sustained feedback
• Creation of daily targets for operators in order to improve sales

Weekly:

• Sending reports at the end of the week about the operator’s performance with sustained feedback
• Creation of weekly targets for operators in order to improve sales
• At least once a week, have a feedback with the agents, where information about progress is passed, ambiguities are clarified and omissions are pointed out.
• Sales trainings with agents once a week

Monthly: 

• Sending reports at the end of the month about the operator’s performance with sustained feedback
• Creation of monthly targets for operators in order to improve sales
• Keeping a table about employees’ arrival at work, days off, paid and unpaid leaves, public holidays
• on the basis of the table and performance calculation of employees’ earnings
• Recruitment and training of new employees
